We have studios 2,3,4-bed apartments and 4.5 beds.
Prices include VAT, electricity, water and gas, parking.
Premiums to be paid in Loco:
- Cleaning: € 25.00 for the studio, € 30.00 for apartment, €. 40 Apartment Deluxe, payable locally.
- Extra bed € 40.00 per week
- Air conditioning: € 35.00 per week (only if using), Free Apartments Deluxe
- Deposit: from € 50.00 per apartment (refundable at departure)

- Children under 5 years free
- City tax payable locally € 0.80 cents. per person for a maximum of 10 days. Are exempt from the payment of subsistence minors until the 12th year inclusive.
- Cot (camping): €. 20 fopr week.
- Bed linen and towels (optional) is provided only on request: Bed linen: for the price of € 8.00 per person per week (to change) Bath linen: for the price of € 5.00 per person (per change) linen Kitchen: not available
Equipment: coin operated washing machine, TV, wifi gratis ,playground,barbecue,sun and private parking.
Apartments: toilet complete with shower, stove, veranda with pottery. Please bring your mocha coffee.
Beach: sand free or subsidized c / or other shores, walk through the path.
REGULATION
- Prices are per apartment per week.
- In case of booking accepted send a deposit of 30% (non refundable in case of cancellation)
- The customers are requested to pay the bill at the time of taking possession of the apartments.
- The arrivals will be after 15:00.
- The booked apartment must be vacated no later than 10:00 am.
- For Early departure, whatever the cause, the 'guest is required to pay for the' fare for the entire stay, and there are no repayment
- In case of late arrival, the apartment will be considered free unless arranged by the customer.
- We ask the guests to leave the apartments clean (dishes washed and pottery) and in it when they arrived. |
